In this webinar, Dr Lauren Shaw (James Cook University) presented findings from the study “Adding Insult to Injustice,” which examined perceptions of fairness and the impact of student-led social media groups on vengeful dissent in higher education. The session explored the implications and discussed strategies for enhancing online student engagement while protecting staff wellbeing.
