Enhance Teaching Quality and Gain Recognition through TELAS: Apply for your course or program to have a TELAS Peer-Review

Are you looking to enhance the quality of your online or blended learning?

The Technology Enhanced Learning Accreditation Standards (TELAS) offers a rigorous, evidence-based framework to review and improve the design of digital learning, whether at the unit, course, program, school, or institutional level.

TELAS reviews provide valuable, structured feedback and benchmarking aligned with national standards. Reviewed learning packages receive a TELAS digital badge, which can support promotion, award applications, or internal quality assurance processes. Most importantly, the process helps ensure that students benefit from a more coherent and high-quality learning experience.

We currently have capacity in our review schedule. If you’re curious about how TELAS could be applied in your context or would like to explore a School or institution-wide approach please contact us on admin@telas.com for a conversation with the TELAS team. You can also review the accreditation fees here.

Participants needed: Contribute to the Future of AI, Integrity & Industry in Higher Education

You are invited to participate in a national research project exploring the intertwined roles of Artificial Intelligence, Academic Integrity, and Advancing Industry in Australian higher education.

About the Study
This research examines the interplay of the three “AIs”:

  • Artificial Intelligence (the rapid rise of GenAI),
  • Academic Integrity (authorship, assessment validity, trust), and
  • Advancing Industry (workforce needs and GAI-enabled productivity).

With industry adoption accelerating faster than academic practice, this study seeks to understand how students, educators, and employers perceive GenAI—where their views align, where they diverge, and what this means for learning, teaching, and future workforce readiness.

This project is approved by HREC (SCU 2024/166).

Take the Survey (10–15 minutes) here.

Research Team

  • Professor Shelley Kinash (Universal Higher Education)
  • Professor Christy Collis (AIPC / Endeavour College)
  • Dr Arif Jubaer (Arif Systems)
  • Dr Polly Lai (Southern Cross University)
  • Professor Henk Huijser (QUT)
  • Dr Saeed Shaeri (Universal Higher Education)
