Early bird registrations close Friday 11 October 2013
Full Registration (including, student and retired) includes attendance at all sessions during days of 2 – 4 December 2013. Full registration also includes the conference satchel, handbook, name badge, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments and entry to the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner. Student and Retiree registrations DO NOT include attendance to the conference dinner. Tickets to the dinner can be purchased at an additional cost.
Day Registration includes attendance at sessions on the nominated day of attendance, a copy of the conference satchel, handbook, name badge, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments on the day of attendance. Day registration does not include tickets to the Welcome Reception or Conference Dinner. You will have an opportunity to purchase tickets to the social functions when you register.
Please note attendance to workshops is not included in any registration and is at an additional cost.
Registration Desk
The Registration Desk officially opens from 9.00am on Sunday 1December 2013 and will be open from 7.30am – 5.30pm on each day of the conference.
Late Registrations
Registrations will close one week prior to the starting date to enable appropriate pre-conference preparations. However, late registrations will be accepted onsite. A late fee of $50 AUD will be applied. Delegates who choose to register onsite will be required to pay for all related costs immediately, via cash, or provision of a credit card number.
The organisers cannot guarantee that there will be availability at social program functions which may be fully subscribed. This policy has been implemented to enable a greater efficiency in the coordination necessary during the lead-up to the conference, and to ensure the most enjoyable conference experience possible for everyone involved.
Cancelling your Conference Registration
Cancellations must be received in writing – mail, email or fax – to Leishman Associates. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from Leishman Associates. If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact the Conference Managers – Leishman Associates on (03) 6234 7844. Cancellations postmarked on or before 23 October 2013, will incur a fee of 50% of the registration amount. No refunds will be made for cancellations for the Conference postmarked on or after 24 October 2013, however substitutions may be accepted.
