Applications for visiting visas and letters of invitation
To check whether you require a visa to visit New Zealand please go to the NZ Immigration website http://www.immigration.govt.nz/.
If you require a letter of invitation, please complete your online registration (you can complete without paying) and put in the ‘Any further comments’ box your passport number and ‘request visa letter’. If you have not heard from the conference organiser within 7 working days, please contact sally@events4you.co.nz.
We advise to apply for visiting visa as early as possible.

Transport from Dunedin/Queenstown Airports
Dunedin – Delegates will need to make their own arrangements for transportation to and from the Dunedin Airport. Please allow 30-40 minutes drive from the Dunedin International Airport to Dunedin CBD. Shuttles and taxis are available on arrival – we recommend that you pre-book a shuttle or taxi online prior to your arrival as a taxi fare from the airport is around NZ$90. There is no public bus service from the Airport.
