Accomodation
NB All rooms held at the following hotels for the conference have now bee released. The Chiefly on George is fully booked. All delegates requiring accommodation must now make their own arrangements.
As a conference delegate you will be entitled to the special accommodation rates as listed below. These rates are only available by booking through the Conference Secretariat when registering for the conference. Extra nights and week long stays are available on request and are dependant on availability.
All delegates are responsible for paying their account upon arrival at the hotel. You will be asked to supply a credit card when registering which will be used to secure your booking. Should you require a charge-back to your company, credit arrangements must be pre-arranged with the hotel concerned. Personal or company cheques will not be accepted by hotels unless prior arrangements have been made directly with the hotel.
Due to hotel requirements, all bookings must be confirmed as soon a possible before the conference. Bookings cannot be guaranteed that are booked less than 40 days prior to the conference. Please book early to avoid disappointment

Women’s College is a student residence on campus at the University of Queensland. City Cat services operate from UQ to QUT approximately every half hour and take 30 minutes. Alternatively UQ is a 30 minute bus ride to the city and then a 10 minute walk to the venue.
