Accommodation
As a conference delegate you will be entitled to the special
accommodation rates as listed below. These rates are only available
by booking directly with the Hotel and by quoting a PIN or code provided
below and/or advising the Hotel reservations clerk that you are an
ASCILITE delegate. As room blockings are limited, you are advised to book
your accommodation at your earliest convenience. Room rates will revert
back to the standard rate when the maximum nunber of rooms blocked by the
ASCILITE Secretariat has been exceeded.
All delegates are responsible for paying their account upon arrival at the
hotel. You will be asked to supply a credit card when registering, which
will be used to secure your booking. Should you require a charge-back to
your company, credit arrangements must be pre-arranged with the hotel
concerned. Personal or company cheques will not be accepted by hotels
unless prior arrangements have been made directly with the hotel.

Royal Botanic Gardens & Harbour View Room: $280.00 per room per night.
