Full registration fees cover attendance at all sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, one set of proceedings (CD-ROM), attendance at the welcome reception and the conference dinner.

Student registration fees cover attendance at all sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, one set of proceedings (CD-ROM) and attendance at the welcome reception and the conference dinner.

Day registration fees cover attendance at all sessions on one selected day, morning and afternoon tea and lunch and one set of proceedings (CD-ROM).

Workshop registrations cover attendance at one selected workshop. Morning or afternoon tea is included in the full-day and half-day workshops and lunch for the full-day workshops.

Cancellation and refund policy
A refund of registration fees, less an administration charge of 25% including GST, will only be available by providing written notification of your cancellation prior to October 31st 2008. After this date registration fees will not be refunded, however authorised substitutions can be made at any time.
