Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations of registration must be received in writing no later than Wednesday 19 June 2002. Monies paid will be refunded after deduction of an administration fee of $100. No monies will be refunded for notice of cancellation after this date. Neither the Organising Committee nor the Conference Manager assumes any responsibility for accidents, losses, thefts, damage, delays or any changes to information in the Registration Brochure resulting from unforseen events.
Registration and Information Desk
A registration form for participation in the Conference is on the website. Please complete and return the form with appropriate fees to the Conference Secretariat. Note that early registration attracts a discount of about 11%.
Delegates must register at the Conference Registration Desk located in the Grand Waldorf lobby on Level 1 of the Carlton Crest Hotel, Melbourne.
