DESCRIPTION:Working in the third space is rewarding\, challenging and often difficult to explain. Much of what shapes our practice is not learned through formal induction or professional development. It is learned through experience\, through relationships\, and through working across academic\, professional and institutional boundaries. \nWhat do you wish someone had told you when you first started? \nJoin the TELedvisors community for an interactive conversation exploring the hidden curriculum of third space work. Together\, we will share stories\, reflect on the lessons we have learned\, and uncover the unwritten knowledge that shapes our practice but is rarely discussed openly. \nThe session will combine short stories\, live polling\, breakout discussions and shared reflection to explore what it really means to work in the third space today.
