Production of the Proceedings

Camera ready copy for the Proceedings was prepared by the editors using the facilities of the External Studies Unit at Murdoch University, and we are grateful to the Director, Patrick Guiton, for permission. The facilities include Apple Macintosh IIci with portrait display, Macintosh Plus, Laserwriter NTX II and Apple Scanner, with Microsoft Word 4, Mac Draw II, Applescan and Omnipage software. The book has been formatted for B5 (176 x 250 mm) using Palatino and Helvetica fonts, mainly in 10, 12, 14 and 18 point sizes. Offset printing and binding was by the Murdoch University Printery and the help of John Hutchinson and staff is gratefully acknowledged.
